  • Mantra Repetition:At the beginning silently repeat a specific mantra, a word or sound given to you by a certified TM teacher.   • Letting Go: Transcendental meditation doesn’t provide concentration techniques. Therefor don’t try to concentrate or control your thoughts. If your mind wanders, gently return to the mantra.
